	To be an authorized affiliate of Double Head Publishing, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Double Head Publishing service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Double Head Publishing affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. If you are given access to this affiliate program you must agree not to buy any products sold through this program from your own affiliate links until you've sold at least two copies of the product to someone other than yourself. If you do purchase a product using your affiliate link prior to the satisfaction of the above paragraph, you will forfeit any commissions afforded to you as an affiliate. 2. You may use any promotional methods you'd like as long as they represent the products in an honest manner. You may not make claims about Double Head Publishing or its products that are not clearly stated in the manuals, in the preset advertising, or on the sales pages. 3. YOU CANNOT SPAM! Anyone reported spamming will be immediately terminated from the Double Head Publishing Affiliate Program. No second chances! 4. Special Promotions: From time to time Double Head Publishing may run special promotions offering the products at a reduced rate. You are encouraged to participate, but only from the designated start date of said promotions and you must conclude your participation of said promotions on the designated conclusion date. 5. You may not represent yourself as an owner, co-owner or respresentative of Double Head Publishing. If a customer should happen to seek you out for support, you must direct them to the Double Head Publishing Administrators. 6. You may offer discounts for any Double Head Publishing products as long as you agree to reimburse the customer through your own commissions. Double Head Publishing will not honor discounted price offers made by affiliates. Failure to reimburse will result in immediate termination of your affiliate membership. 7. AdWord ads must be up front and honest. No cloaked or deceptive wording can be used. 8. It is highly recommended that you sign up using your PayPal address in order to make it easier for us to remit commissions to you. Thanks and Good Luck
